Inclusive Training

Movement For Everyone

Adaptive Wellbeing is the inclusive side of Chok Dee, founded by head coach Jay Twomey. We bring the confidence, connection and joy of Muay Thai to people of all abilities adapting every session to the individual.

We warmly welcome NDIS participants. Whether it's building strength, coordination, confidence or simply having fun and feeling part of a community, our coaches create a safe and supportive space for everyone.
